weekend snapshots: a hike at wildhorse wind farm

Apologies for the late Weekend Snapshots post, it has been a busy week for me! Come to think of it, the weekend was even busier! The weather has been so mild and perfect for hiking. Miles found a wonderful hike just east of Seattle at Wild Horse Wind Farm, an absolutely gorgeous wind and solar farm that lets visitors hike around pretty much wherever they like. It was so nice to hike around with our super rad couch surfer friends and Miles' super rad sister, Alina. The entire property was so pretty but my favorite part was the wildflowers in full bloom everywhere. I was so stoked when we spotted cacti on some the rockier parts of the hike! Succulents and cacti are my absolute favorites! We also spent our weekend going to several (four!) SIFF movies, something Miles and I look forward to every year. Somehow I also managed to fit in a hair cut and some serious cat time with Frida and Franco. All in all, a great weekend! Ready for the next, is it Friday yet?! xoxo, whit.
